1. Furnace type:
• The whole furnace adopts countercurrent open fire heating type, each section controls temperature and adjusts atmosphere separately. Using gas heating technology, the main characteristics of the furnace type are: open flame heating, oxygen and oxygen combustion and control.
• Total thermal risk control technology can maximize gas energy consumption and reduce production and operating costs compared to other furnace types. Temperature control, wind and gas ratio coefficient, safety failure, etc. are fully controlled by the program.
• The whole furnace is composed of multiple furnace bodies, and the wire inlet is respectively equipped with a heating section, a heating section, a heating section, a heating section and a heating section. Each section of heating is relatively independent and influences each other.
According to the requirements of heat treatment process, the furnace temperature and atmosphere can be set in stages to meet the requirements of process treatment. 2. Gas supply main and combustion safety system
The gas supply main pipe is composed of electric regulating valve and solenoid valve. The system can operate only when the air and gas pressure are stable and normal. If the gas pressure does not meet the technical requirements or the power supply system fails, the gas quick cut valve is cut off. Only when the power supply is normal and the gas and air pressure meet the specified requirements, can the safety valve be opened to make the gas enter the combustion system, which can effectively ensure the safe operation of the entire system.
Gas and hot air pipes are made of high-quality seamless steel pipe, flange connection. All the pipes are fixed on the top of the furnace and the steel structure supports on the side, arranged neatly for easy maintenance. The hot air pipe is covered with thermal insulation.
3. Automatic control system and instrument detection device
• The gas pressure regulator is set in front of the furnace to ensure the stable operation of the control system.
4. Electrical configuration:
Heat treatment computer control system includes Germany Siemens S7 series PLC and Taiwan Advantech brand industrial computer IPC.
• The system has two control modes: manual and automatic.
• The upper computer software adopts Siemens Wincc or brand configuration software, and the lower computer is Germany Siemens S7 series PLC.
